Although the Royal Tomb was the first creepy place I went to, the Shadow Temple would have to be the creepiest place in the game. The wallhands were always a threat, and the place was just plain evil.
What is the most scary place in Zelda: OoT?

Definitely the Shadow temple creeps me out! Every detail in this temple was really scary, the sound, the place and monsters (ReDead, Floor Master,Dead Hand!!!!!!).

Th shadow temple. Even though it has my favourite boss, you never know when redeads will come around and scream at you.

The bottom of the well freaked me out a bit. Surprisingly, the Shadow Temple didn't though.

First time bottom of the well was scary cause it was so hard to see anything... I turned up the brightness on my tv and I was good to go.

The bottom of the well of pretty scary because you had the crypt and the invible sutalls and the invisible holes in the ground and that one part with the redeads and the eerie hands coming out of the pool of poisonis water

the bottom of the well definately, it has its own special monsters[the mummies] and it is the most uncomfortable place in the game, it feels like theres so much while there truly isnt and at the same time it is the sleeping place of bongo bongo

Shadow Temple. Wallmasters, Floormasters, invisible walls, floors and enemies. Man, that level is creepy.

None were like frightening but I would have to say when you go into the market place for the first time as Adult Link, the redeads freaked me out!

ganon's castle is cool but shadow temple gives me heart attacks at times. like the spiders in the ceiling that you cant see only hear faintly and then they just pop up in front of you.

I dnt even remember but i guess it was the shadow temple it was really scary cuz of the redeadI think that is Royal Family's Tomb. It's the first place in that we face with ReDeads
. The sound is creepy and the screams are very real.

well its not a poll one or an expeced on for that matter but i find that the water temple is the scareist because 1. theres a fish who wants to marry you around 2. the hardest temple in the game 3. theres shadow link so yea
