I'd say the Forest Temple, the music had a really creepy feel to it.

There hasn't been anything in any Zelda game thats really "scared" me, but I would have to say that the Well was most definently creepy! I think it was because of the rainy dark atmosphere of that part to start with, along with the confinement and the amount of lighting in the well.

The Market as Adult Link, because no matter what, you'd have to pass through every now and then in a playthrough. It took me a long time until I finally stopped being scared of redeads

I voted bottom of the well for its redeads (zombies) that you have to beat when you are a child and you have the weak sword it takes 8 hits or 4 spin attacks, it takes 1 spin attack for the giant's knife or the biggoron sword

I remember playing this game as a 12 year old kid and never going near the Shadow Temple. It was to scary for me to do, so I got a friend to do it!

The well, purely because it's something there in the middle of town that someone could so easily fall into, whereas the others you have to go out of your way to get to.

Oh my god, the Bottom of the Well was the absolute scariest part. I clearly remember playing that at about midnight in the pitch black darkness. The whole idea of a massive underground structure hiding in a simple little town's well is creepy in itself, without all the craziness that actually goes on inside the well! But the scariest part was the music. Oh, the music! Every time I heard the THUMP.... THUMP.... AAAAHHHOOHHHHH... shivers raced down my spine. That high-pitched scream/moan is quite possibly the scariest sound effect/music that I have ever experienced while playing video games. I still cringe even as I think about it now.The level itself wasn't all that scary; the music was just over the top...!Hm. I do think the same music was also used in the Shadow Temple, but that doesn't matter, the Well was way scarier!

I don't find this "scary" in any way, but the part where you fight that mini-boss in the bottom of the well was freaky. And the Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time was rated "E" for everyone. :P

Did you know that there was massive controversy surrounding Ocarina of Time? People started complaining about several parts of the game and was actually considered for a "T" rating. Probably the main problem with the game was at the end when you defeat Ganondorf. In the original cartridges, he coughs up blood. Red blood. People went nuts over this and to avoid a "T" rating, Nintendo changed the color of the blood to green in subsequent releases, which is rather ironic I think, because that makes the game more gruesome in my eyes. Green blood is unnatural and makes me think of aliens which are way more terrifying compared to poorly animated coughed up red blood.A few other tidbits were also changed because the game "offended" members of the Muslim community. I'd elaborate more, but I don't feel like it and don't want digress too much. If you're interested, I'll tell you.

The Shadow Temple freaked the hell out of me when I was a kid. Stalfos I can deal with, but the Skulltulas and the Redeads? No thank you.And then in Twilight Princess they had to make the Stalfos scarier by splicing them with Redeads. Thankfully I just played that a couple years ago so it didn't really freak me out.

The bottom of the well always creeped me out because of the music and when you fall down the invisible wall and see all the redeads, that scared me to death.
