I think it was a great movie. The writer and director did a great job adapting the plotline of the game to the screen. They spent a lot of time staying true to the atmosphere of the Silent Hill series, even if some of the finer details weren't exactly the same. Good good! ^^P.S.-The Pyramid Head scene, on the steps of the church? Wonderfuls.

I loved the first three games (Silent Hill: The Room was just plain bad), and the movie was very cool to watch. Sure some things are different, but the story works. When the second movie is out, it will be interesting to see what other changes are made from the games.

I thought the movie was well done and had great effects.Ive played the games and the ambiance of the games was much better, but the movie was still damn good.

If you've played the games and have read the novels and other related material from Konami itself, it's very easy to understand.Of course, the clues and puzzles in the movie are not easy ones to solve.

In my opinion, the movie has a better storyline. I prefer Dahlia to be the broken Mother who lost her daughter rather than the manipulative ***** who burned Alessa in the first place.

I was really hoping for a faithful adaptation with this movie. I think the only faithful thing about it was the movie's atmosphere. Very gloomy. I was hoping for more from everything else, especially with Cybil and Lisa. I was hoping that Lisa would play a larger role and I was hoping that Cybil would

I didn't like it. It wasn't scary. I took my friend to see it, looking for a good scare. We were laughing more than we were quivering with fear. We had a good time though....

It was kick donkey! I totally loved it and they referenced the game so well and kept true to the elements and the changes were just as good!

I thought this movie was a complete mess. when I saw it in theaters, most of the audience just laughed through it. So many stupid, stupid parts... A mistake all around. And this from someone who LOVES the games.
