The first game was great. Everything else that came out was boring.

Spyro is a cool game series, in my opinion... I actually like that they 'rebooted' it with The Legend of Spyro, they didn't have much storyline originally, and, although I've only played A New Begining, TLS has a well-written storyline.

Its a simple nice fun game to play...and i like the skateboarding in spyro 3 too

The series, like every "mascot" the PSone had, ended up being mismanaged into sh*t. The first few games were fun to play, if really, really uninspired, but after that...

The Sypro series has been a fairly large influence on my gaming life. This was pretty far back in my childhood days, of course, so it should be understandable why I no longer look forward to newer additions to the franchise. I've simply grown out of them. Sure, they could still be construed as fun in a handful of forms, but that's ultimately the cause of positive nostalgic recollections. I'd certainly recommend the series to the younger audience. It's definitely more engaging and exploratory in nature than most games targeted towards children.

I looove spryo. I still have all three original ps1 games. The new ones suck though.

I used to like the Spyro games since it was like "A dragon! Sweet!". There are many more exciting games than that in my opinion.
