i dropped it when it was open froma loft bed...but it ended up fine, I was amazed...I have no idea how it survived

I take fairly good care of my DS. The worse thing to have happen so far is a bumpy screen, but that's part of normal wear and tear I suppose. I did have my original DS (not the lite version) for a long time since it first came out on the market.

I bought mine for $40 from my xbf. He had scratched "I 
insertnameofcurrentgfhere" Into the front of it, then tried to scratch it out when he sold it to me. Doesnt bother me much, couple of stickers hid that. And I got a perfectly fine DS really cheap. He bought a PSP two days later. He had it for about a week before he destroyed the screen.

i had dropped mine and the touch screen broke then it stared to come apart. then i left it in the car with the windows up and water fried it.

My sister used it as a weapon to throw at my cousin when they had a fight. After that, it won't open and we took it to the store to ask and try to fix it.Gladly, it's still safe. My sister and cousin got in so much trouble that night. x3

Dropped it, definitely. And I don't think it'd be an "only". It was pretty devastating for me, even though nothing happened in the end.

Does the charger count?The worst thing that happened to my DS was that it got dirty.For anything else, my charger broke trying to charge it with a UK style plug.

my friend surprised me with a water baloon, and so i could only turn it on and not off. I had to wait for the battery to die every time i wanted to play a new game. And then i went to pick it up one day and the bottom half fell off. I think someone broke it and didnt tell me...Anyways now i hav a new one

I left my DS in my backpack in a case and forgot to take it out, my stupid classmate took my backpack and threw it from the third floor(Highest Floor in my school) to the first floor and it left a sort-of cracked up DS. Which is barely viewable but is sad for me.

Some a these are pretty funny. The worst thing that happened to mine was it got barfed on by my friend. man was i angry at him. u know, my stylus still tastes like throw up (jk jk). I got a question though, it's pretty important to me actually. my ds's L button only works if I press it REALLY hard. and i mean really hard. Has anyone else here had that problem and if so, how can I fix it? Please, this is effecting my gaming time. I need my gaming time.This is for all my dead nds homies *poors out a bottle of crystal*

leaving my ds outside of its case overnight tehn it got infested with some small bugs like dust size. i think they are spiders anyway they aren't nice to look at
