I dropped mine before, but it wasn't from too high up, so there wasn't too much damage.

my old ds wouldn't turn on, it just flashes for a split sec then goes off

It has a huge scratch on the front shaped like a 'd' and the worst part is I have absolutely no idea how it happened.

Thankfully nothing to drastic. Only little drops. From like getting out of the car, but mainly with a bounce on the carpet.

Worst thing that happened to mine is that my nephew wanted to play it, and he was recently operated on his mouth and he was crying, so in my moment of weakness I let him use it, until.... cascades of bloody drool started falling on my DS that made the mic to stop working . And for the Fatality, the top screen cracked from the heat while being forgotten in a corner of my room (forgot to bring it DX ) when I went on vacation. Plus the L & R buttons stop working.... So I got a DS Lite. BEST THING EVAH lol.

i smashed the screen when it fell out of my pocket while i was on my bike... and somehow i got it covered under warranty... and repaired free of charge...
