Intelligent Qube for the PSX.It was one of the vey first titles released for it. It had some of the best sound abd music implimentation of any game I've ever played. It's still one of my favorites even today. Easily one of the best puzzle games in existence.

Also I think Guardian Heroes for the Sega Saturn deserves to be mentioned here. It's probably one of the best beat-em-up games I've ever had the pleasure of playing. I just wish they would pick it back up and remake it for the newer generation of systems.Seriously, having 40 different fighters to choose from in a 6 player arena was some of the most fun I've had playing video games. Those of you that were not priviledged enough to play games during the Sega Saturns era should make an effort to play this game. It will be well worth it.

FF X-2, anyone?

Oh. Hell no. Not that overhyped dress-up game disguised as an RPG.The fail nail in the coffin was the addition of the goth-emo turd Paine.

There are many vastly underrated games available, but my lead pics would be:Frequency- Everybody loves Guitar Hero, but I first experienced Harmonix's unique gaming style with their very first title, Frequency. Imagine a pop/techno version of Guitar Hero, and you've basically got it.Zelda: The Minish Cap- everyone seems to forget about this Zelda title, but it is really one of my personal favorites.Guardian Heroes- I'll second this. Not only was the multiplayer pretty cool, but the story with multiple branching paths was very fun to play through with almost any character.

I think Final Fantasy: Mystic quest for snes is underrated. Everyone hates it, but it was the first FF I played as a kid, so it's always going to be awesome as far as I'm concerned.

I'd like to add Tetrisphere for the N64 to this list. It's easily the best and most innovative Tetris game ever made, in my humble opinion.

hey everyone, whats the most underrated game youve ever played?mine would be simgolf

This wasn't underrated, it's just not a good game. This wasn't even a good golf game and there are a lot of golf simulations where you can actually create your own course. This is was just as infamous as simracing (Was that the right title? It enables you to load up your own city from simcity 2000). And we're on the same boat evil rabbit n_n. It is the first FF that i've played before part 6. Yeah ICO was the most underrated PS2 game. Everyone just think a game where you protect and lead a princess looking girl around a spectacular designed castle is a bore fest. Honestly, there soooo many games that went under the radar just because of the hype generated by an overrated game. Take monkey island for example, hardly anyone even knew the whole name of the hero (Guybrush threepwood). Mine would be the snes japanese only game HOLY STRIKER. It's like an RPG/pinball/pong game. Sounds like a mixed genre combination huh? But it really works. You slash a glowing ball as either a knight or a wizard (I can't remember, but you'll be able to recruit other creatures as you progress through the game) through a pinball board like screen and make it go upwards towards the next stage. You need this ball to bring down baddies as well as the stage bosses. You'll also must guard the ball so as not to fall down or go back to where you entered (Just like playing pinball that you don't let the ball fall down between the flippers). You'll also gain power ups that enables you to do a power slash to make the ball move faster and bash easily through blocks or destroy multiple monsters. This game is available at the snes section of DGEMU if anyone is interested by the way.
