I have never broken a console, but my brother had somehow stuck a small coin into the Playstation 1, jamming the laser, and rendered it unplayable.

A long time ago I was play Pokemon on my GBA SP, and I was in an important battle and my guys kept missing and dieing and I lost. So then I used a Foot Slam attack on the GBA and it was a one hit KO, the screen was all black :) . Then I thought "Oh crap! I actually broke it! Now I'll never be able to beat the game" (because I was so used to the back light by then, I never looked back at my unlit regular GBA again. Then I found the wonderful world of emulation and this great site and the rest was history).

I broke my old DS. I wrecked my GBA, but that was mainly because I was taking it apart for kicks >_>I've also broken 4 DualShock controllers (and frankenstein-ed them together into two working ones)

I'm fortunate enough to not have broken any of my systems haha. They've survived all these years of gaming. However, I doubt my NES still works after these years though haha.-Ostil-

My 360 just got the RROD about 2 months ago but I didn't really cause it to get it. Just sort of happened.

personally i didnt break it but my stupid ps2 out right refuses to read discs. i have performed countless surgeries on it and it works for a bit, then i dunno a dust mite climbs in there and manipulates my lens height.nuff said.

Ive broken my Gameboy by throwing it at someone, my Playstation by playing it too long then i broke it open to see what was wrong (one of the worst ideas i have had) my Playstation 2 slim by stepping on it, 2 PSPs one by throwing it a someone... again and the other by opening it to LOOK inside. and to finish it up many many computers too.
