what period do you want it in if I really want to answer this question truthfully I could say 6:00 PM, or maybe 2:00 AM, but if you are going by MY time zone then I wake up the time I open my eyes in the morning

During days that I have classes 7:00 or 10:00 depending on my schedule...During vacation, around noon to 3:00.

I wake up at 7 o'clock in the morning, then brush my teeth, wash my face, get dressed then get ready for school. Then I leave the house at 7:30

It really depends if I have anything to do that day. ;)In all honesty though, I've got sleep apnea, and I've been known to suffer from panic attacks IN MY SLEEP. Between the two, I wake up easily at least a dozen times throughout the night and go back to sleep. It sucks.... But as for when I truly get up and stay up? Lately, it's been varying from anywhere between 6-something AM and 8-ish AM.

normally about 8am or 9am... that is only if i sleep early at about 12am. i will want to wake up earlier to go exercise and make breakfast for myself.but on the days i am not working and i sleep at 3am or 4am...then i will wake up at about 1pm next day...haha. not very nice because i feel i wasted half a day...

8 am because I need at least an hour to prepare for work (I'm a slow starter...LOL) but during weekends it's different, I sleep at 8am and wake up whenever I feel like it...

I usually wake up at 6.20 so it gives me time to get ready for school and leave the house at about 7.30. But on weekends I sleep in!

Unfortunately this summer, I've had a bad habit of going to bed at 2 or 3, and waking up at 1 PM. haha sooo bad. Lately, it's come back to bite me, as the neighbour's dog likes to bark loudly every morning at 10.Man, school's gonna bite.

You know, it really depends on when you sleep. If i sleep early, for example at 9pm or 10 pm, i would wake up anywhere from around 7 am to 8am, but if i sleep late, i would end up waking up at noon.. : ).. also, it depends on how long you take to fall asleep too, there are many factors affectiing when you wake up

Because of school, i've been waking up Monday through Thursday at around 6:50am. I do have an alarm set, but i start to wake up before it goes off. It's becoming a habit now to wake up at least by 7:30am on even non-school days or days i can sleep in.
