this is a sexist topic. ok who cares if girls or boys play more? if i was a moderator i would ban you for trying to talk about something so pointless and sexist. girls can go play any video game and do better then a guy in every way. THIS IS SEXIST! almost as sexist as when my school didnt let me try out for cheerleading because im a guy (haha).

Males play it more than girls do.I know a lot of boys who plays DS but I only know a few girls who does :/

Gameboy appeals to boys at a young age, when they're about 5 to 8. Girls that age are MOSTLY (I am not being sexist) obssessed with other digital stuff, like Tamgotchi or Pixel Chix or what the hell. So when boys get older they'll like to hang on to their GBAs and recommend it to other people, MOSTLY boys.

Majority of Video Gamers are males, so yeah, males play more video games than women, especially when men invented video games.

well, in my honest opinion, and i'm a guy, i see many more female game players today then i have ever in my life. right now, males still dominate it, but women will soon either equal or take it over.

Majority of gamers nowadays are definitely male, though one day or the other there will be an equal amount of female players, we can't be sexist, there are a lot of good female players as well as male ones.
