I like both games a lot, but I have a really big spot for Spyro. It may sound stupid, but if I had never played Spyro when I was younger....my life would definately not be what it is today.

I like Spyro more, but Crash has more quality games. So I'm going for Crash Bandicoot, simply because Crash Bash and Team Racing were so good.

Personally, Spyro 2 Ripto's rage pretty much took all my interest away from crash

Spyro for sure. I don't like the "set path to follow" style of Crash Bandicoot type games.

I think that they are pretty much the same, but I liked the Crash games a little bit better.

I like spyro more, the games, the old ones at least, had more room for exploration, there was more dialogue from spyro, and I liked the thing with the multiple breaths, the game plot was simplistic but you at least had a good idea about what was going on most of the time.

I recently bought both games, as I'm rebuilding my PS1 collection from scratch.Crash is just a proper classic old school character, has my vote.I like Spyro, but not my favourite of the two.

This has always been a tough decision for me, but the games really aren't related, so I guess I like them both equally, for different reasons.The Spyro games are excellent adventure games and are usually overall fun games. Crash Bandicoot is a bit different. There is more emphasis on speed and finishing the one-dimensional levels quickly while collecting the most items. That's just it, there is more room for freedom and adventure in Spyro, but Crash has set objectives and there's not much room to stray.

I'll start off by stating that I love both series, and have fond memories from my 'younger days' of playing as Crash Bandicoot and Spyro the Dragon. With that said, however, I definitely have to give the nod to Spyro. Those games all were just so much fun, and to this day Ripto's Rage is one my favorite games.

I would definitely have to say Spyro is my favorite. While Crash is fun and funny, I really like Spyro puzzle play and the sassy attitude.

Yeah, I like both of them. They both have things about them that just make them great games.Man, the old Crashes for PSX are the best.
