feathering

i've been trying to make my render blend into my art. so I've been using the feather option. only problem is I barely know how to use it and how to get different intensities. can someone answer me?thanx

Take your lasso, pull around your render, then select how much feathering you want. (as in pixels)

I understand that I just don't know how to get different levels of blending. or how to get the right spot clear and another hard. so to speak

Once you have it feathered, you can create a circle around the outside of the feathered area and hit delete, that will "intensify" the feathering :weep:
