i gave up on trauma center because it was murder to play with a mouse. the story moved too fast for my comfort anyway and it didn't seem fleshed out very well.

I never finished Baten Kaitos. Though to be fair, the game takes a good amount of time to get into the swing of things. And by this point, going back would just be an exercise in futility. I beat Origins though, which is slightly ironic, I guess.

thats why i perfer simple games, like wrestlingfightingand sportsrpgs just get on my nerves, with the long amount of hours they take, and suddenly...BAM! a corrupted file.

I know what you mean (except for the wrestling part). The thing is, I love Rpgs. the one game that I keep giving up on and retrying is Final Fantasy Tactics Advance. I get almost to the end and suddenly a saved state from the second boss pops up, and I lose all my data. I feel like a glutton for punishment because after a month i go back to it.BTW thinking about playing it today.

Ah. Only once. It was with a really old game for the N64 called Mischief Makers. It haunted my gaming experience for the next few years. I pulled it out a few years later and beat it in a hour =_=

I gave up on Mega Man X eight years ago. I took it up four years later and finally beat it. I was so happy.

I've almost done it a few times, but only because the power went out or a memory card died, never because its too difficult, I remember how many times I played through the original ninja gaiden trilogy, there were times when hairline mistakes were made that meant I had to start all the way over, but I persevered.

Spider-man 2 on Gamecube. I beat the main missions, with Doc Ock and all that, beat all the side-quests, the fight arena, and finally all 150 of the insanely difficult challenges and the even the more insanely difficult 150 mega challenges. Then there were these tokens that were hidden throughout the city. Hidout tokens, buoy tokens, and skyscraper tokens weren't so bad, because they were in certain types of places, but then there were the secret tokens, which could be hidden anywhere. I'd found/beaten everything in the game except the last 10 secret tokens, and didn't feel like wandering aimlessly around Manhatten, so I decided to use a walkthrough. But even with the walkthrough I couldn't find the VERY LAST token. I went through all 75 token locations on the walkthrough three times and couldn't find it. Soooo I gave up.Also, in Bomberman Hero, I beat the main part of the game, cleared the target score on every level, found all the secret bombs, and beat the secret world. You unlock these mini-games called Slider Race, Golden Bomber, and Millian's Treasure Hunt. I beat the former and the latter. But I could never get a perfect clear score on Golden Bomber.

Yeah, I gave up on FFV long ago when I was still little during the, the part where you fight those 4 crystal monsters in the elder tree... the second time I gave up on FFV was when I was already in X-Death's castle in the second world... hmm, that's all... ~_~
