to me, i think that the weirdest final boss was Dracia's second form from kirby canvas curse, it's just a flying eyeball, that shoots weirdflying things and teleports...yeah...quite strange.

Giygas from earthbound is the weirdest boss. It doesn't actually have a form and Its attacks are just odd.

Oh, I didn't think about this one. Yeah, it's pretty weird too. The dialogue was really bizarre. I once read Itoi got the lines from a rape scene he watched as a child when he mistakenly entered an adult cinema.Giygas from earthbound is the weirdest boss. Ahahaha this boss is the ultimate... It'll take you about 3 hours(except if you die)... The boss im talking about is "Yiazmat"(he is strange because he is the ultimate), arch enemy of Montblanc and the ultimate wyrm in Ivalice from Final Fantasy XII!!! Wooooooooohooooo!!!! Other than that, Vayne from FFXII and Sin from FFX..

Giygas from Earthbound probably, the boss really freak me out, the guy have such an innocent feel to it and then bam, that spooky thing... it's even weirder if you know what the stuff he says are inspired by, Earthbound fans should look it up.The Kirby serie have weird final bosses too, Marx from Kirby Super Star and that thing from Kirby Crystal Shard.

I think it is, the jellyfish you have to fight in the legend of zelda: oracle of ages. You just need to use the switch hook, and he dies instantly, that is very easy, and strange....
