I'm thinking the final fantasies are easy as ****... the storylines are pretty complicated though.

I thought the pokemon games were really quite easy, digimon world 2 was quite a disapointment too where difficulty is concerned. I prefer it when games give you the option of what difficulty you want to play because it's tailored to your needs. Come to think of it sonic heroes was really easy too.

tony hawk sagas... the first time you play it is complicated. but once you mastered the game.. as i did with tony hawk 1.. the followings were too easy

Easy games for me were PGR3 : just not hard enough really (even on hard mode) Full Auto : jus easy anyways and Tony Hawks American Wasteland : jus not long enough really and once you do the first couple of sections it gets easier anyways.

The Hole megaman series starting from the NES (nintendo) was way 2 easy... bt mostly the mario games was easy... maybe appart from super mario 64 and sunshine

On PS2, the Katamari games were pretty easy once you got a handle on the controls. I beat both in a couple hours. Luckily this game has massive amounts of replayability.

I'd go with Tony Hawk Games. And 1080 Avalanche. Sure it was hard the first time. But once you got used to the controls, it was too easy.
