i wouldnt trade my HDTV for the world though i would def get plasma or wait about a year and get LED... but LCD is going out of style and doesnt have near the clarity... Get a 1080P resolution plasma screen

well this is probably too late but....... it is worth iti recently baught a hd tv and the difference is huge if u get a hd cord from ur local gaming shop u'll feel the best after playin a 1080p on it

I my opinion, no, it's definitely not worth it. Sure, the graphics may be a little more realistic, but it's definitely not worth spending an extra $300-$1000.... but that's just my opinion.

there really is a differenc ebetween hdtv and standrad tv. you would know if you have the hdtv paired with the ps3 though.

HDTV with PS3 looks amazing, but if you think you dont have enough money or feel PS3 is fine on regular television then you should stick with what you have. If you're still curious just go to a friends' who has it and experience it yourself.
