I'm really excited for this game, mainly due to the fact that Link can ride horses again, and the dungeon design looks pretty cool. Can't wait to play.

got some new info about the gameanyone who frequently visits gamespot wil;l probably know most of this stuff1. there is a world like a dark world called 'twilight'. nintendo have said that the 'magic' here is what transforms link into a wolf. (note that in zelda a link to the past there is also a dark world whith this same effect and while link turned into a bunny in the us and pal versions he also turned into a wolf in the jap version)2. the person in the cloak in the new trailer IS zelda. she is trapped in twilight. nintendo have not confirmed is she is what the title of the game refers to but its likely. nintendo have also confirmed that there is definately a link between zelda and link's wolf transformation.3. link will probably only be a wolf in twilight.4. there will be more dungeons in TP than in orcarina of time5. the game will probably be an epic with 40 hours+ of gameplay.6. the imp thing in the trailer who rides link as a wolf is a residentof twilight. her name is Midna and she joins link because she believes that he can helpo her solve her problems (which nintendo havent said anything about) if she helps link.7. when link becomes a wolf he will be able to communicate with animals. this is supposed to be an important theme and important part of gameplay.8. hyrule is going to be huge. huge to the point where is would be unpractical for link to walk from place to place.9. this is copied directly from gamespot:" The inventory system has been modified from previous games so that it appears as a circular screen instead of the collection of squares that often appeared before. This is to prevent players from being able to count precisely how many items they have left to discover in the game, as this information was often a semi-spoiler that detailed how far you had to go before you could finish the game. This is intended to keep the number of total items in the game a secret from the outset, preventing you from just counting up the number of boxes remaining on your inventory screen to give you a simple barometer of how far you are from the end of the game. This is also intended to make accessing items a bit easier, because they'll all be on one screen. "10. Hyrule will gradually become "twilightified" during the course of the game.whew its overi guess noone cares but ill say it anyway :blink:

I think thats the main reason for Nintendo deciding to go with backwards compatibility. Otherwise they couldnt release a big budget game like this so close to the next generation of consoles coming out. Youre hopefully one of a LOT of people that will do that (not me though, im a release day type of guy)

I can't wait 4 the new Zelda game I hope it's not really crappy cos if so that will be the rock breaker for the desicion wheter to change to ps2 or keep my good old gc so dont mess up nintendo or else :BOOM:

I saw some new screenshots on the net and a new article was saying that link could morph into a wolf. I saw other screenshots where link was beeing helped by a humano�d-shaped wolf. I think i'll just stop making links, people or admin will think i'm doing publicity.

There's a problem about the new graphics, the in-game play might be more simple or, like in the pasts zelda, a rigid and emotionless face. That's one point Nintewndo and the creator of Zelda should change. I know, sometimes, the face (mouth, eyes) moves, but they should make like in FFX, lips moving and faces with emotions! Luckily, the mouvements of the body (walking, running, slashing, etc.) seems unbelivably real�! thx to nintendo for this game which's coming pretty fast (2005).

well sometimes link smiled in WW... and zelda opened her mouth occasionally in OOT... and the mask man in MM was just weird (MAJOR moodswings there! <_<
