Bowser out the ones listed. He's just so sick in nearly every game he's in (Smash Bros, Mario Kart, etc.) He's even cool in the Mario games as a bad guy. I think he's the coolest Nintendo character, at least out of the ones listed, but probably the coolest of all anyway.

Theres not even a competition, Its got to be Pikachu. If you ment of all of the Nintendo charters it would be MEW. Pikachu is the best of that list though.
