My favorites are:1: Roy- I kick ass ALL over the place with him in super smash bros and he looks like the very first anime character I made, Jason (not the one in my sign).2: Mario- He's the character that PUT Nintendo on the map and made Nintendo what it is today.3: Link- ALL games he's in rocks especially windwaker and twilight princess

I would have to agree with kaoax and many others Link is the best character ever. his character is heroic and at the same time mysterious and at the same time you know almost everything about him.

Captain Falcon...Link.Fox. Top three favorites to me. well..there are more.but those are my top 3. especially in super smash bros.

Samus would have to be my favorite Nintendo character. Then again, I've always loved science fiction and high technology. That and she's just plain cool.And the greatest plot twist in gaming history: When you found out that Samus was a SHE after completing the original Metroid. (The manual and game box say nothing of her gender...at least that I can remember.)

Its pretty unanimous that its link, I dont see why Mario gets to be nintendo's icon when they could have a sword and bow wielding horse riding dungeon beating puzzle solving monster slaying awesome guy as opposed to a fat mustached plumber that can jump high.

I'd have to say Link. You just can't beat his assortment of weapons (especially in games like Super Smash Brothers).
