I suggest not to do that. The ps2 has a large library of games, and I'm sure there are some that you would like too. But to trade a ps2 in for a psp? The psp is all but dead right now. I wouldn't touch it with a 9-foot pole.

Considering the factors:-You already have a PS2 which is worth way more than the PSP-You (Probably) have great games for the PS2 and not the PSP-DVD function for the PS2 and not the PSP-The PSP is pretty much dead (Well, here in Singapore at least)No.-Leon

No you can't play psp for very long, it is annoying playing a handheld for long periods of time, but you can play ps2 all day long. At least thats how I feel about it.

I would say no just because the PSP doesn't have a second analog stick which in my opinion makes it a lot worse for shooting games but its all up to you

it is noth good psp is small buth it iis **** you can play on it 1000-2000 games and on the ps2 you hawe som 8000-9000 games

I dont know a PS2 has a lot of games but a PSP is portable and compliments a PS3 if you ever got one.

unless your getting a ps3 like kitty said, aint no way you should consider trading for a pspyou got a VERY limited amount of games and that annoying problem with runnin out of battery juice. if you wanna play some games just go home, or put one in your car if you can afford it

definately not because the ps2 has more games available, it's a bigger screen, and if you want to play against a friend, they have to have a psp too. On the ps2 you only need another controller. But if you always travel and you never play your ps2 at home, go for it.

Unless you have no time at all to play at home and manage to snag yourself a real low firmware, I'd stay with the ps2.

it actually depends if you're a gamer who's always on the go, i would prefer psp. New games are now being released on the psp and some are based from ps2 also like GOW. I too had that question before, but if you'll just be at home most of the time, there's no point in letting go of your precious ps2
