I'm a collector actually. So I guess I'm both a trainer and a breeder mixed together. I like training all the Pokemon I catch so that they can evolve, and then add to the Pokedex. It's satisfying (but a bit boring after a while) to see the entire Pokedex filled out and all of the images of the Pokemon (the one thing I actually play for other than plot and features) there. :3

I hate spending the countless hours required to breed pokemon with perfect IV's like some people do, though I have done it before. I prefer to just beat the game, raise up my favorite pokemon, and be done with it.

Same Here, Though I Prefer Breeding, I Only Breed For Nature And Moves. The IV's Are A Bonus

i love training pokemon to level 100 and seeing how they compare stat-wise.

Omg Me Too!Especially When There The same Species Like DD T-Tar And My Custom T-Tar

Training - Always fun to battle diffrent things and see just how good your pokemon is!Breeding - Boring, put your pokes into a daycare, run around alot till it hatches... Why breed when you have AR?

I'm definitely a trainer. The only time I breed in game is to get a pokemon species I can't normally get in the wild. I can't be bothered with competitive raising so that X Parent can mate with Y parent for Z baby with perfect stats and a couple of attacks outside its natural moveset.

I like to train my Pokemon. :3 I'm not one to catch all sorts and then breed out the "best" Pokemon stat-wise or nature wise. I catch my Pokemon and then I love 'em for who they are. It's their flaws that make them perfect to me. Not to mention that I have NO patience whatsoever to run around the town until my eggs hatch. I suppose that means I'm quite mediocre at battling but I'd rather just enjoy the game. For some, enjoying the game means breeding the perfect Pokemon, but I unfortunately have no interest. I only breed when I want a baby Pokemon that you can't catch in the wild. :3

I am a trainer in the 4th gen games. There is a lot of places to train my pokemon. I am a breeder in 3rd gen, cause I think it is faster to do it in these games.

I think I'd call myself a trainer too. I train them and I fight battles with them. I hate walking around the grass and caves trying to get my pokemon to higher levels.

Personally, I prefer training to breeding. It simply takes too long to get an egg which has good IVs, and no one even knows what sort of IVs the pokemon has until they train it.

I'm a trainer. I never had the patience for breeding to get egg moves. I just used my bro's action replay device to use the move tutor to teach the egg moves to a pokemon I let "breed" with my ditto.

I mostly train, because I train much faster than breeding. Like if I want a 252/252/4 Pokemon, it usually takes 15 minutes if it has Pokerus and Macho Brace.

I only usually breed for my favorites (Arcanine, Dragonite, etc.), and for pokemon I will specifically be raising for multiplayer/Battle frontier
