i destrod my ds almost to the pont it wont werck eny mor

but it still dus but berly

bbut ya i got it the week it cam out and in that time iv colerd it bloo with sharpiy droped it at leest 50 to 700 (

) times the top right corners gone (lets say i have a knif and ya

i get bord or pist

and carv stuff of the ds

) oh and i cot it on fire

:laugh:ps i havent slept in 3 days so sorry for speliing im en enzombneeac

My DS has a few dings and scratches, but for the most part, its as good as the day i bought it. Sometimes the touch screen goes a little wonky, though.

Mine is beat up. I took it to the beach and got sand all in it and the screen is now scratched. I heard there are screen protectors., I think I should have used one.

my ds is pretty much perfect. i have a protective skin for it and and case to put it in when i am finished. i also have a strap for it so if it fall out of my hands it stops from falling and it unharmed. i also don't let people borrow my ds but i do let them play whith it if they come over and if i'm with them. i am protective of a lot because if it breaks even by accident i would get in trouble.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :laugh:

Mine is doing pretty well. I haven't seen any scratches on the screens, but it's usually smudged up when I get it back from my little brother.

mine was brand new but a friend'o mine gave it a big scratch on the cover by mistake from the stylus...It's so deep that if u touch it you'll feel the inside of it...(I hate him ever since)

Truth is, the exterior doesn't really matter, and since it's a clamshell, the screens are well protected. Pretty much the only way they can get scratched is if you mess with them or drop it while it's open. Mine's got a couple scratches on it, but it's nothing. Screens are flawless and that's all I care about.

The top of my DS has scratches galore, but apart from that and the dead pixel that came with it (I named him Bluey), its fine.

I'm just curious as to how well people treat their DS's. I know people that have their original DS from years ago, and they look as if they could very well be brand new. Meanwhile, there are friends of mine that just recently purchased a DS Lite, and it looks like they've had it for months, and have done nothing but use it as a football. Mine is alright. There are a few scratches on the screen from where I'd get frustrated with my stylus, (We can blame on Phoenix Wright...ARRGG...) but nothing serious. The outside doesn't really have that "new gleam" anymore, either.

Mine is in pretty good condition. Except a scratch here and there from dropping it. I try toi have protective screens on it at all times.

Mine's got a few minor scratches here and there, presumably from when I knocked it off my bed and through the railings down the stairs (I don't have a wall).
