I've dropped mine around 4 times now and other than a lot of scratching to the case the screen is the only damaged part. The sensitivity is shot, there is a circular section right in the middle of the screen which requires at least double the normal amount of pressure before the DS will pick up the stylus. I know of a few people who have put a nice big hole in thier touch screen whilst playing star fox command and losing while they were chasing the missile. Kind of funny but i never had the cojounes to laugh at them, i don't want a stylus in the face.

mines has a little problem coming on sometimes....cuz i threw it at the wall and by screen is kinda dented from when i broke my stylus on it.

i droped it bout 5 times and hit it, throw it, use it as a billfold.all in all it still looks and plays good, with minor scrapes here and there.

I use an antistatic spray every month to clean my DS. it's perfect after a year of intense use ;-)

Well, my DS Lite is white, so the rubber on the back is a little dirty, not noticiable, but other than that, everything's mint

Well now, it's in great shape, considering it's on the way back form being fixed after the whole right part of the hinge snapped off due to weak casing.

My left hinge is broken, the left side of the bottom screen has a line that is slightly darker, the sound when starting up the DS is messed up, crackling and missing notes (which doesn't affect normal gameplay), and various scratches all over the place. The screens remain in mint condition with screen protectors. Oh yea, and the right hinge has a large crack going through it.

My original DS had a few scratches and knocks on the outside case where I'd dropped it once, screens were perfect though. I sold it on Ebay for a decent price and replaced it with a nice shiny white DS Lite when that came out. This is almost perfect except a few light scratches on the touch screen where my girlfriend played Elite Beat Agents a bit too vigorously. I've since bought a screen protector!

My ds is the best you can getno scratches screens r cleanand it has its gleami polish the outside and wipe the screen with a towelevery now and then i have screen protectors and keep it in a case(my sis dropped my ds while it was in my case, i took it out and the ds had no scratches or anything damaged after the drop)

Mine is pretty bad. There are big scratches on the touch screen(or maybe they're smudges, I can't really tell). Every time I try to clean it, ti either doesn't work or makes it worse.
