Yeah, nintendo makes really good quality products. I dropped my ds on all sorts of things and it seemed to still work. Pretty good work on Nintendos part!

I've had my DS for about 2 years & I have like two little scratches on the touch screen but that's about it.

i have a problem and that is that everytime i finish playing, i whipe my ds lite (fingerprints are my enemy!) my screen isnt scratched either.I'm just curious as to how well people treat their DS's. I know people that have their original DS from years ago, and they look as if they could very well be brand new. Meanwhile, there are friends of mine that just recently purchased a DS Lite, and it looks like they've had it for months, and have done nothing but use it as a football. Mine is alright. There are a few scratches on the screen from where I'd get frustrated with my stylus, (We can blame on Phoenix Wright...ARRGG...) but nothing serious. The outside doesn't really have that "new gleam" anymore, either.

yea mine has already been sent in for repair once and right now there's a crack at the hinge. i should treat it better

i ones use a pencil that i didnt know that was sharp so i scrach it...

My ds lite is still in pretty good condition. Sure, it's black so you can see a truckload of smudges and some minor scratches, but it's mainly ok. Only thing that worries me is that the hindge is redicoulusy soft. It almost feels like a flip cell phone, you just flick it and it opens!

My ds is in a pretty mangled state lol...fair few scratches on the outside and some small ones on the top screen...but the touch pad is fine lol

My DS is errr... in pretty good condition I suppose. I always keep it in a case and I've only dropped it once, which was two days ago... DX It also has a screen protector so ya... >>;;

my DS, well you can pretty much say, Its in great condition, the best thing to do is not drop it and keep it in a safe and soundless place! welp catch u later:gay2: im in the mood for a smoothie

I lost my old ds but my new is not dmaged at all nd the only reason i lost my ds is becasue of my little brother one day he was playing it and he got mad at me n hid it from me nd hten after that my mom threw it away then i have to go to the dumpster place nd it was really nasty there so i tought i should just get a new one. N there is my story

well um -.-' mine kinda...sorta...fell on cement a few times, and now, well, hinge is a bit loose and the L and R buttons are scratched, its still usable so i haven't thought about getting a new one

My DS is perfect, the only thing that is getting worn out is the battery, doesn't last as long as it used too.

my daughter totally wrecked the top screen by forcing it the other way....now its so loose...you got to hold it up BUT still works

um yer im not rly looking or looked after mine it got thrown at a wall now da top screen goes all white wen its turned on, can tell me wat to do AHH?!?!?!
