I take very good care of my DS with a hard case and always wash my hands before using it. I bought a screen cloth to get dust and such off of the screen but I don't use screen protectors. Turtlebolt you said your battery doesn't last as long as it used to..how long have you had it and how long does your battery last now?
How damaged is your DS?

at one point my DS top screen was completely distorted and unable to play on. i got it fixed now but i have a crack in the hinge

mine is so bad but it still works it might brake in half,the L and R buttons dont work,I have scratches on it,and i always drop it-_-

My DS isnt in great shape, the screens broken since ive dropped it and it hit the curb of the pavement pretty hard

HAHAHA my ds is REALLY jacked up. I mean the top bottom part of the ds r about to fall apart. The thing holding in the center broke. And the cables r showing. When i first got my ds it had a cracked screen so i returned it. But all in all the ds is a hard game system to kill, i think i dropped my at least 12 times.

I use my DS daily and battle people at my work. I have drop-kicked it across the break room floor a couple of times. It took a bath in some Carl's Junior ketchup. Still works great and screens are all good.

my ds has a few small scratches, and quite a lot of dust on parts that i cant get them out of, but other than that its okay

The screen is a little slow on the uptake, but other than that, it's pretty much in a good condition. Besides the numerous scratches, and missing sticker.

hmm. my ds is like not damaged on the outside.. at least i hope its not. well i cant see any damages. but there should be a feel scrathes on the sides of my ds lite. (i have a screen protector so i can't really see if i have any scrathes on the screen )

My DS-lite is in surprisingly good condition, considering I drop it regularly, misplace the stylus every hour or so, and frequently have the urge to throw it into a wall in righteous fury. I even have the original stylus that came with it. I've even bounced it off concrete before now....
