classic. hmmm i'd have to say anime that will always be remembered no matter if we liked it or not *cough* pokemon *cough*. anime like the GTO series, dragon ball z, love hina, tenchi muyo, gundam, kenshin, megaman/rockman and others like them.

i think some of classic anime were great even until now they still got fansfor me, classic anime like sailormoon, cardcaptor sakura and dragonballs were the best and these anime were the reason im addicted to anime up until now

FLCL is a classic in my mind.... I remember when I first saw it on tv i thought."I wish adultswim put some good series on" and changed the channel. A week later the first episode happened to be on and so I decided to watch it.The rest is history...

Classic anime, i guess anything by Studio Ghibli can be a classic mostly titles like Nausicaa of the Vally of the Wind, Totoro and Laputa Castle in the sky.

In my opinion classic anime would have to be Dragonball the entire series, Yu Yu Hakusho, Rurouni Kenshin,Gundam Wing, Lupin the third, and Sailor Moon.

good definition of 'classic anime'anything over 20 years old when everything was hand drawn and not computer animated
keep going, and eventually you will reach the top.

Pokemon was what hooked me in, DBZ got me addicted, Naruto killed free time and BLEACH IS AWESOME, Bleach is my current fav on ep 18 now

Hmm.... classics. I just remembered stuff like Akazukin Cha Cha.. (believe me, I'm very depressed that this was my first anime) but my favorite classic anime has got to be Neon Genesis Evangelion... It still might be my favorite.

Princess Mononoke, because of it's superb animation and that no one needs to be an otaku from the get-go to understand or enjoy it.
