i would have to say final fantasy 9 was the worst on to me besides the crappy crystal chronicals or whatever it was called for the gamecube

I don't count FFMQ as FF... I count it in the SaGa realm moreso...Anyway...FFXI immediately comes to mind. FFIV also seemed bad, but then again, a lot of that is because the original American version was sh.it easy and the graphics were comparable to NES ones. It really wasn't that bad though, I guess. FFXI wins :DFFII was boring for a while, but it seemed interesting enough.

i'd say FFV was the worst, but I pretty much like all of them. not too many flaws and great graphics. FFV just needs a bit more selection.

I really like everyone of them....but then one that just ha d a bit of problem with was FF6....i love sabin, but his blitz's were a bit on the cheap side. Didn't take much effort to wipe out enemies.

ffviii. storyline wasn't great, i was very disappointed chocobos didn't come back for more racing, draw magic system stunk, and the way you get paid pushed it over the edge.

I never played Crystal Cronicals, but I keep hearing it's bad. But I don;t like FF10 and 10-2. Storyline wasn't fascinating to me and characterization was rather poor in my opinion

I think every FF is worth playing. But FF I is the weakest of them. It's because it is so old and has not a complex story than other FF games.

Mystic quest was the worst period, closely followed by chronicles although ff2 wasn'y that great either... of course these games do have high standards to meet up to.

for me the worst final fantasy game was final fantasy 8!!! because the time q.q i hate the time in final fantasy 8 Q.Qi play 3 hours in real time and i got mor than 7 hours in the game <.<

FF11 the most suckist FF game made ....you have too pay for every time you save your game just sucks .i dont see this discussed too often.personally i couldnt stand 5 very much.

To me, Crystal Chronicles is without a doubt the FF that shouldn't of been mad >_> There is always one in any gaming franchise.

In truth, all of the final fantasy games rock, though my least favorite was 10, then crystal chronicals, then mystic quest. i don't consider FFx-2 a true final fantasy, nor do i considr FFXI a final fantasy,. for i mean, what is up with a online final fantasy, it leaves the genre behind.

It didn't in it's european release actually ! While I agree FFMQ doesn't have it place in the FF series, it's still a fun game.FF8 was beautifull and all, but still, it was incredibly annoying to play for me and it's story was a bit frustrating (everything you try to do fail miserably regardless on how good you are), so it was the worst for me I've played. Now I haven't played FFX-2 nor Crystal Chronicles, and both are said to be quite poor.Aside of that each FF games really are good, including FF8 even if I didn't like playing it I consider it to be a great work of art.Mystic Quest really shouldn't have even had the Final Fantasy name attatched to it.
