I take boxing and kickboxing classes. They are great for relieving stress and forgetting about day to day garbage from work.

Actually I do some push-ups and basic dancing, but to keep in shape I just do a good diet.

not all the time. i think constant working out is a sign of mental instability. also, most people who work out at my school get bagged out the most.

Should I feel bad if I want everything to become ice cream?

There's no easy way around it, if you wanna stay fit you gotta exercise. To be honest I don't like it either.

I like the after effects of working out, like a healthier body, and all the endorphins that get released. But the inertia you have to overcome just to begin working out is just too much. I'm just too unmotivated most of the time and I have to force myself to move.

I hate working out, even though I know it is incredibly unhealthy not to. I would much rather find another way to lose weight. And to stay in shape I would stay active during my time spent outside my house.

I do like it but it was hard to get to the point of liking it with my father constantly breathing down my throat to do it every bloody day. Its more fun to do it alone without encouragement I've found.

I love working out. Its a great way to stay healthy get in shape and look good. I also like chocolate, greasy fast food, TV and video games. Based on my rather large stomach and flabby arms you can kind of tell which one I enjoy doing more.

I work out for P.E in school, and I very much like it.Yeah, It's hard, torturess, the sun is hot and A LOT of things, (You also end us sweaty) but it's worth it. It's best to work out to then rest. Feels good. I suggest you work out. :foldarms:

Before, I was very lazy and didn't like to workout.. but as i see the progress on my body, and positive reactions from the opposite sex, I liked it and enjoyed it more. Really.. all you have to do is contribute 3 hours in a week to workout. That's 1 hour a day for 3 days. That's not much. Recently I've been using protein shakes, P90X plus videos as my warmups and toner before I hit up the gym.. But this is because I have free-time. The key to becoming fit and staying that way, is to just be active. Join a sport, find an active hobby.. you'll be in shape in no time.

I used to be really weak physically, then I worked out for a year and I was stronger than the average male. I've cut back some but I still like maintaining my strength.I used to be really weak physically, then I worked out for a year and I was stronger than the average male.
