I want to get in shape and also be able to reach some goal. So I do like play sports and especially competitive sports. So that your heart pumps when playing.

I'm addicted to working out, without exercising I feel unhealthy and sluggish. I run everyday in the afternoon, another reason is that I wanna grow tall so that I can join the national basketball team. If it's rainy or early, I workout indoors.

i hate working out but the thing is i work out to stay in shape. also i know that its for a good benefit. so im happy in the end

Not really, since i spend almost my whole life being in the arcade.. ._. but it still have great things to do in the arcadeI play games relating to music.. which needs alot of movement as well, so i sort of have a little of Move here n there while playing.. XD

It really depends on my mood. Sometimes I do it, sometimes I don't. Most of the time I just sit on my lazy arse and stuff my mouth.

I love working out if someone goes with me. It's not too fun when you're lifting weights or running by yourself.

neither im a lazy person and i just like to lounge around my house when im free :(but i have to keep in mind that my shape isnt gonna get toned by sitting around! so i do pilates :( and now im starting a bit of...Zumba :foldarms:

I think that working out is just one of those things that, until you get into the habit of doing it all the time, you're not going to enjoy doing. But, once you get used to it, you come to expect the adrenaline rush that comes along with the workout and don't feel right until you've gotten it.

Meh, I get instances where my girlfriend wants me to work out, so I do... but in the long run it gets so boring... tennis keeps my legs and abs in check anyway =/

I don't like it, but I do it to stay in shape since I eat more junk then carrots.If you want to get into shape, just eat slightly less with a veggie more or two and get up every hour infront of the computer and do a few situps or whatever.
