I have just started working out and I must say that working out really makes you feel good. Atleast if you train correct and dont push yourself too much. I am training with my friends and that makes it a whole lot of fun! :gs:

Not gonna lie, I hate exercising. It's a real chore for me that I have to force myself to do. I've never really enjoyed it... doesn't seem to matter what I try. :-\ I guess some people are just like that.

Probably a retarded question, I apologize, but is there a proper way to work out outside of a gym setting, or does any sort of exercise count?

I still do my pushups, but that's not nearly as effective as going to the gym.As for cardio: there is, but that would require going outside and the weather around here pretty much sucks 350 days a year.

Well, I live in California, so luckily weather usually isn't much of an issue. But I'm in a super hilly area... it makes anything like running realllllly difficult.

Or it's extra healthy =DI guess The Netherlands would be realllllly easy for jogging and stuff, because it's incredible flat..But before going totally off topic, even if the weather is good, this place is such a ****ty hole, I don't even want to go jogging outside. The only reason I'd actually want to go outside to sport would be to play basketball.

LOL well, if your body can withstand it, it is! Asthmatics have hell with it. (Read as: moi.) There's flattish areas, you just have to hunt harder to find them.

I probably would if it wasn't so mortifying to be the only girl around those gym freaks.

I like it now, but in the beginning I hated it passionately. But I'm also one of those girls with a few extra pounds that I need to lose, so I had to adapt, really^^

I don't like to start working out, building up the motivation to set aside time for it on a regular basis so it doesn't go to waste. Once I get into it and by the end of it, though, I am grateful to myself, and I feel pretty good. So, I like working out, but I have to fight with myself to get to that point.

(mostly) art blog that I need to update more often.

Steam - if I'm online, I'm probably on Steam.

Minecraft server: minecraft.mouseandcat.com. Usually running from ~9:30 a.m. to 1:30 a.m. EST. Currently in the process of setting up plugins for it. If you have any questions about it, ping me on Steam.

3DS friend code: 3454-1226-9695. Let me know if you add me.

Hah. I never like working out, and I always have to push myself to do any exercise in general. The best workout is when I'm exercising without realising that I'm doing so.. like when I'm cleaning windows or something...

Sometimes I can really enjoy working out. If I haven't worked out in a long time, that soreness feels great. Muscles feel like they're going to burst. But after 2 or three days in that affect wears off quick. But if its like a sports context, then I'm always down for a workout.

I usually work out three times a week. Most of the time I would play basketball. And sometime I will run on the treadmill and pushup and sit up. Once in the while I will lift weight.

i love working out i prefer it over playing sports actually. sports are great and all, but i like to work out by myself. it provides me with a good way to relieve stress and jus sit and think bout things. after a set, you gotta rest for a few minutes anyway, so it gives you all sortsa time to reflect on stuff. so working out for me is a triple bonus: i get swoll-house, i get to unwind, and i get a good opportunity to contemplate.o and i hate running.... jus had to add that
