I love Warrior types. Mages are a lot of fun too but I love combat and strong classes so of course, I always pick warriors. And I know Oblivion aint a NDS game but for example, I played as a mage and it rocked when it came to long range fighting but it was pretty useless early on when I had to fight close-range and I kept dying. No probs with the warrior though.

warriorsometimes mindless hack and slash can be funand its an easy way to get into a game because warriors are traditionally the easiest class to learn early onlol but when i first clicked on this post i thought it wasnt about characterswhat i really prefer in RPGs is the contentbecause sometimes mindless hack and slash can be boring tositting there and leveling up to 100, esp on a real DS or GBA without the emulator 2x speed can be mind numbingmini games and side quests like those in FF7 are definitely a plus

when i choose a character, i like one that is fast, like an archer, or stealthy like a rogue

I'm not even quite sure what I'd like to be. I'd choose from a Warrior,Rouge, or a Wizard, but too hard for me to choose just one character.

anything that is a support, usually cleric. i do not really like attackers for some reasons

The warrior. though I usually preffer it when they have some healing magic.Cause if you are going into a dungeon and are fighting monsters. It always helps to know a bit of healing magic in case ya run out of potions or your allies do.

i prefer wizard because i found another job are not as interesting as wizardas wizard can cast spells for destruction as well as spells for support or healing units in a wide areaand the visual effect of the spells is amazing

Archer and Wizard are really important but then saying that u need all of those characters you listed for you to be able to play the game properly, u need a tank to get the hits, the strong one and u need far attacks and healers.

I kinda like choosing a warrior, although I like wizard.. It's handy to let main charicter of game have good endurance, I guess.

I usually play as the warrior, because I freaking hate dying, and they're usually the only ones who can wear the heavy armor and they deal great damage. If I play on replaying though I usually play the rogue/theif or the wizard for the added challenge.

I love being either warriors or clerics. Clerics tend to be able to deal light damage and heal and warriors have high defense and health.

the warrior seems like the most basic one to use for an rpg, and swords are the most commonly used weapons in games so....

Female Rogue or Warrior.In most RPGs, I value the speed stat a lot. Striking first feels important to me, and as a rogue, the steal command that generally comes with it is useful too.The reason I say female is in most of the games I've played, they trade a little strength for speed.

Blue Ninjas hehehe Able to strike first, throw stuff, and cast blue magics. Yeah.... too much FFVA for me rite now.
