correct me if i'm wrong...but spells do not stack with sneak-attack, right?usually they cancel each other...mostly because of the verbal thingy which is a necessity for spells...am i right?

Just add in still and silent meta-magic feats to your spells as needed. Proceed to stealth, cast a touch attack spell [like orb of fire, not fireball] within 30 feet while sneaking or just have the enemy flanked/flatfooted when casting normally and add sneak attack damage. :dazz:Ah, dnd. I never play anymore but remember evil silly combosEdit: oh yeah, As for class, I tend for a jack of all trades type if I can get away with it. and If its possible, it better be damn well survivable as a jack of all trades. pulling an all out suicidal berzerker attack with a really strong warrior is always good. Works for one strong or many weak, most other classes have a small group that they work better on

I usually prefer to be an archer. If, however, I could combine classes, I would be a wizard-archer. If I run out of arrows, my mana can be used as the arrows. Also, infinite arrow showers and can slow/stop time for the arrow showers to use in a trap >.<

ranged classes are the best so that you can do a hit and run type deal

I'm always a warrior. I hate to sound like a simpleton, but everything else requires too much thought to be fun. Well, unless the game gives you room and time to think.An example would be WoW. Too many buttons for even a Warrior. Games like KOTOR or Final Fantasy, I'm all wisdom, though.

Usually a combination of warrior and archer so i can kill from far but when the enemy comes close they get merked by whatever close range weapon i havebest example: Fire Emblem Shadow Dragon - Generals(Evolved Knight) Can use Lance and Bows with perfect defense only magicians can really hurt them

i like to be a mage/cleric of some kinda cause they are often very powerful. clerics are also unuversilly liked because they help other and are rare (they usually take the most effort to train up) archers are also another favourite

A ninja or thief is a kind of rouge, right? Anyway, I like doing the sneak attack stuff and those possible fatal special move. My most favorite part about them is the katana or knife weapon set because those are much cooler than a regular sword.

i like being the thief/assassin/ninja type (the fast, high avoid/speed type) or the power house type which are usually warriors as i like seeing that big number as you attack the enemy

Whenever i can i choose a warrior or archer, in some cases i choose a class that i haven't played like a healer

Even if it's relatively weak, but I still prefer "archer"!!!Maybe because I'm in love with everything that elf-liked...:D

My gaming philosophy is that it's not a fight unless you're rushing into battle swinging a giant blade. I'm like that in FPS too, it gets me killed a lot.

Depends on the game really. I'd start out as a Warrior in most, just to get the basics of the game down.If it's an MMO, I'm going to more than likely pick Cleric/Priest, as I'd never have to actively search for a group to be in. Healers are always needed.

I always liked the hexblade, a warrior that uses magic to enhance his attacks; not really a ranged person

Back in the days of Neverwinter Nights, I was almost always a Ranger. But I also enjoy wizards/sorcerers.

Warrior, because they're powerfull enought to battle with any monster or enemy at long, medium and short distance.
