pikachu's down-b attack is best. pichu hurts itself, porygon2 isn't a playable character in SSBM

I chose Pikachu because he is really good with his smash attacks and the thunder attack can really hurt

There should be no contest, Jigglypuff is the best by far. Once you learn how to aim with the sleep attack, you're unbeatable

id say pikachu but any could win depending on how you play, what i like to do is put like four lv 9s and make them fight with stock 1 and no items

i would have to go with the OG pikachu because he is faster than jiggly and stronger the Pichubut why is Porygon 2 up there he isnt a playable SSBM character it just comes out of a pokeball

Pikachu for me. Ahaha. Not such a big Jigglypuff fan. And Pichu is really good looking and all.But he freakin shocks himself. HAHA. So yeahh. Bigggg minus. Plus the really really really REALLY short range for him too.

The best thing about Jigglypuff is that annoying sound he/she/it makes when you do the sleeper move. It annoys the hey-diddley-hey out of those I play with, and knocks them off their game

Pikachu. If you hit someone close to the edge with a rollout, when you rebound off them its impossible to recover. Pichu is good if you like watching him cry when he realises hitting himself with thunderbolts isnt a good idea and porygon2 is the most annoying pokemon. If it was pokemon out of pokeballs id choose Ho-oh or one of the three legendary dogs. Knock an opponent into the attack and theyre finished.
