I like Pichu's skull bash, but I don't like that he takes damage with electric attacks.So I suppose Pikachu is best.

I say Jigglypuff because the rollout attack is useful and even if you miss your target, at least you'll get a laugh out of the pink puffball lauching off the ledge.

i like pikachu becauseeven though jigglypuffhas really strong movesunless you master themthey are usless. with pikachuyou can prettymuch usehim straight away andhe is super cool. and cute

Jigglypuff no doubt, stronger attacks, when it uses its rollout attack fully charged its faster than pikachu and it has a perfect trump card move (rest) other than the lack of a long range attack and short effect time of its sing attack its great

Pikachu no doubt, his thunder move and his teleporting jumps, its sweet, but I like Falco the best on that game

pikachu .. I would've gone with jigglypuff if not for its singing move -_-.. I find that move so extremely uselesspikachu on the other hand is so agile =) and doesn't hurt itself like pichu
