I usually play Diablo II: Lord of Destruction. It's good to get into for awhile, until you beat it. Diablo gets boring really quick though once you've beat it multiple times.

I'm more of an RTS player so all hands to Starcraft. =P Not to take away from Diablo though, I have many late nights on B.Net to thank for that.

Diablo 2 is by far more pointless. Any game where my skill level is dependent on my character's level instead of my actual play level shouldn't be taken too seriously. Starcraft is the best RTS of all time.diablo 2 starcraft doesnt rly save the progress and makes it seem pointless playing game after game

still starcraft, so many hacks on D2... starcraft is based on your skill not like d2 that is based on how long u played the game (level and items)

Starcraft is a good game in his domane,Diablo 2 is a good(If not the best)in his domane,but i played both and i must say i liked Diablo 2 more becaus of the Wild Gameplay in Online battles

Starcraft Brood War is awesome dude. I don't know about Diablo because I've never played it, but the Starcraft games are pretty sick dude.

I do like both genres, and games, but I'll probably have to go with Diablo II. I have friends who play it, and I'll admit I'm not too much of a fan of the futuristic setting in comparison to a more...barbaric setting? But yeah, both games are great, just depends on your tastes. Diablo still does kick Ragnarok's ass, though, which gets boring after 15 or so minutes.

I like Starcraft a lot more than Diablo II. Personally I love RTS games. Starcraft is also a lot more fast paced game and, in my opinion, is harder to play "well" than diablo II.

Play Diablo 2 if you're looking for something to play in your idle time. Play Starcraft if you're looking for intense fun that you actually have to train to get up to snuff. I mean, you can get away with being a relatively mediocre player against computers, but against humans, the community is at a whole different level. Yet, that gives Starcraft much of its appeal. It's the closesnt thing to a sport that I've ever seen in a computer game (and that includes the Wii ^___^)
