Digimon games digivolve to!!!!Forgottenmon...It was a decent concept early on, but it failed to match Pokemon's prowess mostly because their franchise wasn't as much fun. The games were radically painful (in my memory) to play due to the lack of simplicity that Pokemon had when the audiece was kids. Kids around the ages of 5-12 don't really like games that are too complicated, in general anyway.

Geez i think digimon was so much better than pokemon, there was actually a plot, character development, and good characters and definately some humor.Pokemon was fun and still is but digimon just pwns it; I mean its not funny at all, the story has remain to collect 8 badges and wth will that prove

funny thing alll the kewl things that were cool in our childhood has been replaced with hip-hop music, teen titans, and ben 10. yes what happened 2 digimon, well havent you seen the new series with the agumon and the red gloves. and wat happened 2 medaboys, did it die ?? ohh well i guess pokemon is immortal

Everyone sure hates digimon here D:I must be the only die hard fan >:It isn't a ripoff. I really don't actually see in similarites with it and pokemon, except for the title.And remember it only has the suffix MON because it came from japan. Pokemon was called Pocket Monsters, changed to Pokemon.Digital Monsters changed to Digimon.Some people don't like it mostly because they were exposed to Pokemon before Digimon, therefore, with such a similar name, they didn't like it.That's my opinion, though.I

I don't think that Digimon can ever get old but this constant string of subpar games with very little replay value is definitely getting old. I haven't really liked a single one since Digimon World for the Playstation and I don't even want to get started on that overpriced travesty that was Digimon World 4 for the Playstation 2. That said, I am still looking forward to Digimon World Data Squad even though I know I'll be griping about it too after about three and a half weeks of gameplay.

when i was younger i liked both. i preferred digimon cause they didn't always go around catching stuff. but i think both of them are getting old and they need to stop making both of them and come out with something original to replace the gap.

actualy digimon was first realeased before pokemon, but the audience went to pokemon because they where cuter and more frindlymost children would watch digimon only when pokemon was not oni, however liked digimon more than pokemon mainly because i got some cards for chrismas and i loved it :)it was realy fun and i couldnt get emough of it
