Finally getting to Lavos in Chrono Trigger for SNES for my comp to crash and lose all savefiles. But it gets worst, I start back playing it, and I was at the second last boss before Lavos when my retarded sister smacked the CPU in the side and cuased the Computer to improper shut down and sending me back a good couple stages...man I beat the crap out of her for that...

Alright, here's what happened. This was on my Pokemon Crystal. So, I just beat the Elite 4, I got basically every pokemon, Entei Raikou and Suicune. Then my save got deleted.

The first time I got to the last level in the Master System version of Sonic 1, my mother said it was bedtime and pulled the plug. It was terrible.

I remember back when I was like 9 or 10.And I was playing one of the Pokemon games. I was at the part were you capture mewtwo or whatever the eff he is, caught him..then BAM..batteries died, and my last save was like, fourish hours ago =/And the moral of that story is: Save your game every chance you get!

Well, here it is, I was playing Pokemon Silver and after defeating the Elite Four, filling out my pokedex, and capturing the secret "tri-dog" pokemon, Reikousui, my game died. I broke my game in half and smashed it with a hammer.Yeah, I don't believe half of these.

I deleted my entire GBA emulator, games, and saves folder. I clicked the wrong folder and hit Delete before I realized it. It was on a thumb drive, so it didn't go to the Recycle Bin.

I was playing Zak McKracken on Amiga with friends and we we were playing the whole night. Then, on Mars, we didn't know how to draw the map with the yellow pen, i guess, we were missing some informations. After 4 hours with trial and error we did it coincidentally, it was 7 o' clock in the morning, so we were all very tired. The owner of the amiga made a happy face, and turned off the amiga: WITHOUT SAVING. I will never forget that!

This wouldn't be so bad if it weren't my own fault. I'm so clumsy.I accidentally overwrote my Final Fantasy 7 file after like 50 hours of game play (yeah, I was uberfying everyone) for a new game I started to give everyone funny and probably profane names and laugh at it. I was surprisingly calm the first few hours, just sort of staring into space for a looong time, until I went into a fit and ripped a hole into a good throw pillow with my teeth. Save whenever you can, and maybe make multiple save files now. Or even give them their own special place, if you've been doing the damn thing for the equivalent of two days straight.

Playing Bosconian on the Namco Museum's 50th anniversary on my ps2, reaching stage 15 and then the PS2 shuts off like it has a short. I never got past level 4 since.

One of my moments involves me playing final fantasy 7. I was new to rpgs and i really sucked at them. So i was trudging my way through the game which was very difficult for me at the time (i was pretty young, maybe in 6th grade and again, BRAND NEW to RPGs). So i was getting owned and i had gotten pretty far into the game until one day my little bro saved a new file over mine. I lost everything. I was so pissed but i eventually got back on the game and beat it. haha, it just sucked D;

i had 21...i was playing pokemon gold, and beat the game, and when the guy says 'congratulations, ______! let's see your [whatever]!'; it went all white and said 'unknown opcode [some numbers]' !!!!2...i was playing starfox 64, and i always save like every five seconds so i never really die; i just keep 'loading save state.' i finally met the final boss with little to no health, and accidentally saved just as my ship blew up.on new years eve, me and my friend were playing 2-player guitar hero 2, on the last concert, and this annoying kid came in and flipped the light switch. what he didnt know was that that was the electricity switch and my friend didnt have a memory card.

I was fighting omega weapon in FF8. I was almost dead. Squall was only one alive. I was counting how much damage i was doing to keep track of omegas life. Used squals lionheart limit break. out of all my hits one was a 9998. left omega with 1 hp and i lost

One of my pokemon games mysteriously deleted my save file, so I had to start all the way from the beginning. I was so pissed because it wasted a lot of my precious time.
