Why dual wield? Just get a battle rifle and plasma pistol. Shoot the fully charged plasma, then quickly switch to BR and get in a head shot.

Go for Magnum + SMG. Good combo if you can press the triggers fast enough! Also, HEAD SHOTS are effective!

double needlers are great if you got a clear shot becus they do impact damage, stick on afterwards and blow up like grenades, and after they blow up they do splatter damage to anyone around the explosion. with enuff of em stuck inside you can kill enemies pretty quick but thats good for unshieleded enemies tho.for guys with body shields(not the ones they hold up) use a plasma pistol coupled with any other powerful weapon of choice. i personally use SMG or brute plasma rifle.

In multiplayer, I perfer Plasma Pistol/Pistol combo, it allows for a two hit kill, if you are good at head shots, in single player I usually just dual wield plasma rifles, they are very common to pick up.

If you've got a minor amount of skill plasma pistol/pistol trumps everything else 1 v 1 really. Facing 2 v 1 with it you can just make a quick kill and use grenades to manuever away for a bit before you can recover for the second kill, so it's not like any of the automatic weapons are necessary in team games either.

definitely dual magnum, especially against anything with no shield... except for a brute, then dual needlers

heres the problem: i find myself loosing bullets fast whenever i use the magnum... i find dual needlers good as it doesnt take many shots to kill someone... but the bullets move too slow... smgs barely do damage... plasma weaps do good damage.. but the projectiles are slow and they overheat fast...i dun usually do dual weap combos... but i would take one plasma rifle and one smg... the smg for further targets and wait for the target to come closer, then use the plasma rifle... its much better this way...

THE best weapon combo is not dual weild. you hit some1 with a charged plasma pistol, then switch to the Battle rifle quickly and hit them with low shields. takes me 3 seconds and it always works unless they dodge, have the Sniper, or have godly aim.Also, if desperate, try a Human/Coveneant combo. Human weapons do health better than shields, and coveneant weapons do shield damage better than health.And dual mags is good. I rule with them.

plasma pistol and needler. one charged shot with plasma pistol will eliminate any non overshield shield, and then all it takes is 10-15 needles to kill them

The best combo is probably Plasma Pistol and SMG. Carge up the pistol, take out most of their shields, and then finish them off with a few bursts of the SMG. I killed so many people this way.

try to use two DIFFERENT weapons, and also, if your a very good shot, and don't mind using the king of lameness, then use a Needler in the combo, also, use an SMG, it can zoom in...

i would say two smgs cuz i heard that there was a cheat to make both of dem have 540 ammunitionbut i say for ppl who dont know the cheat to get to needlers since they seem to stick to the enemy and if u shoot alot or needlers aat once at an enemy(covenat e.t.c)they enemy will explode

I love using two needlers. They do amazing damage in multiplayer mode. Unload an entire clip on your buddy and you'll have enough time to say "bye bye" before it's over. And the guns basically make aiming not a problem seeing as how they track your enemy.
