It looks like either a Polar Coordinates or Twirl filter, and maybe a layer or two

nah, theres one for the background, one for the twirl, and one for the text.on a sidenote, someone wanna guess how many layers mine is?It looks like either a Polar Coordinates or Twirl filter, and maybe a layer or two

nope. 7. were they neccessary? yes. actually there are 14 layers in total for easy adjustments.
