my first video games ever were for game boy original, that precious gray chunk of plastic and glory. Link's Awakening and Donkey Kong where you play as mario. I still have them to this day. My kids will play them hopefully

I remember the really old game boy, black n' white graphics! it was soooo fun to play, i loved the game called Centipede, where you should shoot the centipede before it gets down to the bottom of the screen! lots of fun then, and lots of fun now, too with the new nintendo stuff, such as the WII!!!!

I do, and I hated because it wouldn't fit in my two hands; it really hurt. Thankfully, it wasn't mine, or else I wouldn't be refrained from smashing it to pieces - the pain got to my head.

Yeah, I remember when I was in school and everybody had one, and I never had one, I didn't get a gameboy until the Gameboy color, and that was the best thing I ever owned, then when I was in middle school, they had the brick gameboy that we would use during breaks or if we didn't have any work to do, based on the gameboy color, the brick gameboy was friggn huge

Yeah I still own mine. :-) I hate it that there was no back lighting built into the screen display. The only thing I use it for now is to link up to my GBC when I want to trade some pokemon between my own versions. I love a lot of the original gameboy games though. Super Mario Land 2, Pokemon Red, Blue, Yellow, Tetris ... what classics.

Yep... Tetris, Kirby's Dreamland, Zelda: Link's Awakening, and so many other classics. Gameboy games are the only reason I still have an SP.
