Only about 10 most of the time I borrow CDs from friends and family.

20 or 30. I mostly download mp3 from the internet because of SIAE. It's the company that protects copyright here in Italy and it usually raises the prices horribly... New CDs are usually 20-25€, old ones don't go lower than 10-15€... I usually but the Celtic collections that are 13€ for 2 CDs, but really. They say that downloading is bad and illegal and it damages the market, but when you have to pay 25€ to have 15 songs then I prefer risking a sanction.

I have less than 20, and this is over a 10 year span.Although I did buy the Live Muse CD that came out a couple of months ago.

well now a days people don't have that many cds so i think i still have one or two my parents still have like 100 or something???

I have about 20 CDs but I have a lot more music on my computer...but they're not on CDs so I don't know if they count.

Did you mean alabums or actual CDs? Anyways I am too lazy to count them all at the moment. I do however know that it is over 250.Edit: over 256 not 250

On hard drive I have probably 100 or so. Not many bands though, so its a high ratio of albums to bands.

None, because I download all my music for free online.Plus, I'm a broke hobo and I don't have the cash to cough up my precious moneys on things like CD's.

I have 53 i think?... too lazy to count of course. haha. but yeah i really want to have an amazing collection for wen im older to have to remember the good ol days B) . but yeah for all you people who think downloading music off limewire is a great way to get music you should actually consider how much you are royally screwing over the artist that you supposedly are into enough to download their music. Trust me im in a band, and writing music is not the easiest job out there by any means. Just sayin.

I love buying CDs - I have roughly 160 albums (including Best Ofs, EPs and compilations) and about 40 or so singles. I've since given up buying singles and I just download single songs, but if I really like a few songs by an artist I will track an album down and purchase it, and I'll try and get everything I can by my favourite artists. At the moment I am hunting down Radiohead EPs.

CDs are way too unreliable.. I have a few Van Halen CDs, but most of my music is on my Computer and MP3 players

Err... more than I can count. Definitely over 100 though. I have some vinyl records too.. I always buy CDs if I really like the band/musician... and I listen to almost all genres so naturally I've built up quite a collection.

not many i dont see the point for me because i just put them straight on my ipod anyway then never listen to them again =p
