For some reason, I have never really taken great interest in HP. I felt like awkward when over the course of the summer, all of my friends were reading and discussing HP 7, and i was the guy who didn't know anything, and i was like, "wow, how uncool am i." Then i realized it was a "nerdy" fantasy novel and realized the irony. lol (and by "nerdy" I mean stereotypical nerdy, not that i actually have anything against HP.)

Why does Dumbledore being gay ruin the series for you?

No. Who cares about a stupid nerd who uses magic to fend off his bullies? J.K. Rowling is just mad that she's a nerd so she tries to make nerds sound better by making those stupid books

Harry Potter drives me absolutely crazy. I run a movie theatre & Harry Potter means complete hell for me. Its not the kids that are the problem either. Its the parents that have no patiance or preplanning before attending a major movie release with 10 kids in tow that "Grind My Gears"

I was told that potter is another way of saying 'peter' in Britain, if you get my drift. Probably a joke, though.

I do like harry potter. Amzing story, great twists, etc. but it does not really something to be obessed of. there's a lot of other stories which had been also great just like the star wars, which also had been phenomenal, and that was history and harry potter will also be one. that will come just in time when another story will emerge and will caught the attention of people leaving harry potter forgotten.
