I read all the books and have watched all the released films. I enjoyed the story and the whole new well-designed world J. K. Rowling put together, but I had one complaint throughout her books. She can't write an engaging action scene to save her life. Every time she brought me to some confrontation which could have been epic, she ended it very abruptly and cheaply. For that reason, I've enjoyed the movies slightly more, but the last one left a bad taste in my mouth. Mainly because it kidified a couple scenes (the Potter and Malfoy showdown, anyone?). The book was weak on action, again, but at least the consequences were much harsher.Basically, I love the world, the characters and the struggle, but I take issue with how conflicts are handled and resolved.

Yeah I'm a fan of the series, of course I like the books better naturally and the video games don't look so good.

I really liked the series when it started out, but honestly I think it really went downhill after the 4th book :/ And the ending was so cheesey and random with characters dying right and left that you WANTED to stay alive and Harry staying alive :shifty: Thats just my personal opinion though.

I hate it!He reminds me of the class liar we had in school! Everything always happend to him! Hed come late to class with the reason of something like "i was in the middle east killing terrorists"Why does everyone like it? I mean, how boring would life be if everything happend to only 1 person!? The whole idea was stolen from a tv show and made bigger.

I don't really care for it. The book series just seems silly, and the movies aren't that great. Just my point of view I suppose.

I think the Harry Potter books are dorky as all get-out, but that's ok cause I still love them. I started reading them when I was little and I've read the series... probably more than I should have over and over again. It's just so much fun.

I never read the book but i watches all the movies and it was amazing. I might think about reading the book if i have time but sadly i dont. The movie got me hook on Harry Potter because i didnt understand why people really likes it until i saw it. I know the book and movie are both different but its a start.
