if the game is gonna take a while i'd take the protoss, but most of the time I perfer the terrans because of the powerful air units

For me it's a toss up between the Terrans and the Protoss. The Zerg are pretty cool too, but I just don't like waiting for larva to pop out of nowhere.

I like terran because of the music, it's the not the most tactical choice for deciding but it's the most aesthetically pleasing to me.

zerg im my opinion, although all races are balancedif you get players like savior or GGplay if they get to late game they just get into a stage where you cant beat them...lurkers+defilers are just impossibe on ground

all the races are about balanced, terrans ahve machines and their vulture mines, zergs have fast unit production, and protos ahve stronger units instead of mass numbers, though their photon cannon spamming is always fun

Hi,I Agree, all races are balanced, but in overall way.Gameplay in Stacraft is different, when U play with Computer or Human.When U play with AI i Think - terrans R the best Race for Defend and Zerg is best race for Attack.With Terrans u can defend against 7 zerg colonys at once in proper map (BGH f.e.)At the same map U can fast destroy opponent with zerg.So. The "best race" depends in my opinion from map and opponent (Computer/Human)coz, dont forget - terrain is your weapon too.

I Like the zerg the best, 1. there creepy and cool, 2. in multiplayer two zerg allies can share creep, 3. the quickness you can build an army one unit = twp zerglings strength in numbers!. a close tie with the zerg are the terrans 1. Ghosts abilitiy to call for a nuke strike really fun in free for all tournaments, 3. battleships get an army of them full power and really tear up the battlefield, 3. in BW the medics keep them with the ghosts so the nuke strike comences. the toss make a thrid because of the build times and more expensive than the other two races buuuut the large masses of carriers not even a large anit air defenses can hold water to a full squad of them

i say protoesse the race is ez to built and it have some good looking unit and the battle ship that launch the tiny ship
