Yeah, but it wouldn't get you anywhere playing skilled people.Roy is the best. His B attack is pretty explosive.

has to be marth he quick , spike well and hit pretty hard and is actually all out sword unlike link

For playability, Roy. He is best for the Home Run Comp. and he has a 1-hit-kill move.

Marth over Roy. His agility and sweet spot are a lot more valuable than an instant kill move that can't be used against anyone decent, and there's practically no difference in their actual power. Link is too slow, and Young Link lacks power.

this is a hard question! T_T Okay list in order. 
1. Roy- Fire Emblem. 1 hit kill and stronger than Marth but slower and heavier.2. Adult Link - Legend of Zelda. Cheap amount of moves and items. Need I say more about him? 
3. Marth -Fire Emblem. Similar to Roy but faster and lighter.

In rankings, Marth > Roy > Link.In my opinion,Roy > Marth > LinkIn my own performance,Link > Roy > Marth.

in matters of sword wielding i think roy is the greatest. pretty fast and clean movements and also has the great charging attack.but the better character considering those who carry a sword, i would go for adult link, even though he isnt as good as roy with the sword, his other skills and weapons compensate for it.

well in mellee i would say link but in other smash bros game i would prefer cloud
