That is abit scary to imagine the mom would die in the first clash and the fight between the demi human and demigod would last very long because they both can heal themselves and used blood for their upgradesKratos[[from god of war]]Vs.Dante from Devil may Cry. vs your mom.Thats nice..

Top Chef vs Hell's Kitchen! .. ^^ For the more "serious" and to the topic: I would like to see a fight between friends, such as Naruto and Sasuke (which will happen soon I hope) and maybe Aizen vs Ichigo in Bleach. I know I know, obvious choices for a manga reader but still; been waiting for them for years now.

come on, sonic vs mario in SSBB its the obvious battle and heck, they practically sold the game with the idea of that fight 
that or hmm.......samus vs master chief? might be pretty interesting, though i'm no halo fan ^^;
