Halo 3 is so much better, graphics, gameplay, overall its a win over gears of war.

halo 3 is better thaqn gears. the halo 3 game is worth the cost more than gears.

HALO 3 would rock gears of war!!! it has an amazing story and you gotta love the battle scenes!!!

Get both! Both games are great, but I'd choose Halo 3 because of story.

i agree but gears of war has a amazing story mode so i am a little confused but i agree for the most partHALO 3. Halo has an interesting story mode. Gears doesn't and thats why it loses. still I will own both lol.

After playing both I can give an actual comparison.Halo may have more variety and all, but Gears has a superior multiplayer concept. Honestly, I don't see why people like Halo 3 compared to 2 that much, very technically the same game with flashier graphics, a few more weapons, and a sword that's even more fudged. I'm bored with Halo a month into it, while Gears lasted me nearly a year.

i love gears of war but halo 3 wins i am sorry to say that to gears of war fans but it is trueok! this is a hard choice. i love gears of war and this is a fact. gears is really fun and it is even more, when multiplayed. still halo 3 is the best! i have been a halo fan ever since it came out! i posted this topic you hear your thoughts

i love halo 3 better then gears of war the game play on halo3 is much better and wtfs with that ticking sound on gears of war it sucks well not really suck its a good game but halo3 is way better

Gears of War.I never really got into Halo as much as everyone else, though I played through all of the games, it always left me wanting a bit more at certain parts.In Gears of war, I got to play with a couple of my older family members, and take place in combat that felt much more vivid and tactical then Halo's run in and shoot em up kind of style.Gears may suffer in it's storyline, but it's still the better choice. Because Halo's storyline only means something if you had enough care to pay attention to the whole thing.~The Arbiter = Win~
