Yeah, but in Halo 3 you can't blow your enemies into gibs like you can in GOW.I'm sure you're going to have alot more fun with Halo 3, since it has many more gametype possibilities than Gears of War does.

Gears was an awesome game, but because microsoft is putting so much time and effort into H3, I think that its almost definite that H3 will be much better

Gears of war was excellent and has beaten halo 3 in all ways, but the name is what matters and that is why halo 3 wins.

haha good question! gears is an awesome game but you can only chainsaw people so many times, and since it was realeased a while ago prolly people are getting to that point about now, while halo3 isnt out yet giving you much playability, and halo is just generally more fun, especially live!

HALO 3 i must say... the story line its so compelling and u get right into it...still.. gears of war is a great game.. but halo 3 is bettah.

i prefer GOW...more gore, mucht better graphics and the coop mode is much better than in halo 3

I dont like gow(gears of war) playing it annoys me, and its frustrating, but halo can be entertaining on the other hand, so halo all the way
