In my opinion I think Devil May Cry is better, I've played Onimusha before and I honestly didn't like it.

devil may cry kicks ass but onimusha 3 is fantastic too... very difficult choice and the two games kinda feel a little different for direct comparison...Maybe if you have played Ninja Gaiden, that can be more directly compared to DMC... I still like DMC better, not that much of a ninja fan myself..

Um DMC all the way. Although i'm not too sure how the 4th installment will pan out since Dante is no longer the absolute main character. I hope they elaborate on the Dante/Virgil storyline soon.

dmc is better than onimusha, because the gameplay in dmc is better. In additionin of this in onimusha is the game difficulty too high.

Onimusha series is much better. I never complete any DMC game even though i have all of them. It just don't have the quality to make me love the game. I would recomment onimusha. However Onimusha 4 is abit dissapointed. The first 3 in the series are great.

i totally agrre with youI like onimusha better devil may cry for me is just boring.
i totally agree with what you saiddevil my cry is the better game the story line is good and the game play is great so i think over all it better

It's a tough choice, but I gotta go with Onimusha. It was my 1st PS2 game and the graphics are still better than many games of the past few years.The games just got better with each sequel
