well i like onimusha soul imbuing. but devil may cry had Dante which is instantly cool.

Defiantely Onimusha has alot more content and better story/plot and its not all hyped up as devil may cry is

DMC. the weapns to use are fun especially in 3 . And DMC 4's graphics are awesome and Nero is fun to use.... onimusha is fun but... i kinda left onimusha 3 at the final battle...

Devil may cry hands down. Excellent story, awesome boss fights, great difficulty level(certainly #3 anyway). I love a game that smacks you in the face and lets you know. "If you want to beat this, you better bring your A game"
